Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, route the conversation, take requested pre-contract steps, protect the service from misuse and maintain necessary business records. Where consent is the applicable basis, you may withdraw it; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Sharing and processors

Access is limited to authorized Harmosoft personnel and contracted providers needed to host the website, deliver email, monitor reliability or secure the service. Providers must handle information under appropriate contractual and security obligations. We do not sell enquiry information.

Retention and deletion

Unsuccessful form payloads are not retained by the application. Delivered enquiries are kept only while the conversation is active and for any period reasonably required for security, legal or business-record obligations, then deleted or anonymized. The operational retention schedule is reviewed at least annually.

Measurement and cookies

The website uses first-party, aggregate interaction and performance events without advertising identifiers, user profiles or submitted form content. Measurement is disabled when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled. The website does not require non-essential cookies for its core experience.
